17:15 CrossFit Games General Manager Justin Bergh recently accepted an award from SportsTravel Magazine, which named the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games the Best Professional Multi-Sport or Multi-Discipline Event at the 2013 SportsTravel Awards. Bergh spoke about the award and what it means to the community, as well as how CrossFit is different from sports-entertainment entities that focus on money and sponsorships. Bergh talked about how CrossFit HQ is well ahead of last year’s pace in planning the CrossFit competition season, and he said a big announcement is forthcoming around Jan. 1.
