She spoke about the decision she and her teammates made in August last year, and she talked about team strategy, communication between members, and testing of Regional workouts. She explained how programming works for the team members as they train at CrossFit Marysville but are coached by C.J. Martin of CrossFit Invictus. The former gymnast talked about the competition and explained how most of the programming was a good fit for her, though longer workouts such as Event 6 are a weakness. She also talked about her training plans from now until July, including areas of focus as she prepares for the Games.
