He began by sharing his background in fitness and nutrition and explained that even though he is a specialist as a masters-level sprinter, he uses CrossFit to supplement his training. IF is a hot topic, and Berardi explained exactly what it is and how it could potentially benefit a CrossFitter. He also detailed his six-month experiment with IF and shared his results.
