On Episode 232 of CrossFit Radio, host Justin Judkins interviewed Ben Bergeron, coach of last year’s Affiliate Cup champions. Justin was on location at the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games and interviewed a variety of Games athletes, including Annie Thorisdottir, who was named the world’s fittest female for the second year in a row.

He described what it was like to compete in the final workout of last year’s competition and expressed how he feels his team is ready for the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games.
