CrossFit Leicester in Leicester, U.K., hasn’t been around long, but you wouldn’t know it based on the commitment of its coaches and the camaraderie of its community.
“I absolutely love it,” says member Kaz Willmer. “It gives me a reason to get up in the morning.”
Partners Andy and Jennifer Osborne exhibit incredible passion for their business.
“I’ve been into fitness for about the last 15 years,” Andy says, “always been into functional training, and CrossFit just kept poppin’ up through the research that I used to do, and so I thought, ‘Well, I need to find out what’s going on here.’”
Due to a spinal deformity, Jennifer is unable to participate in classes but finds motivation to run her business through the affiliate community and CrossFit Founder and CEO Greg Glassman’s philosophy.
“I love Greg’s philosophy of how he started everything,” she says. “I love the fact that he goes on about focusing on the community focus on the people that are here and the training.”
