How can the Coaches Prep Course benefit an elite athlete?

According to Rich Froning Jr., second-place finisher in the 2010 CrossFit Games, “To know how to tell somebody how to do it helps you both as an athlete and as a coach.”

After setting PRs in 1-rep-max split jerk, 3-rep-max front squat, 1-rep-max front squat and 3-rep-max push press, Froning steps up to a 1-rep-max deadlift to end his epic day with some big weight.
