
On Episode 128 of CrossFit Radio, host Justin Judkins interviewed Marty Cej, who will be one of the commentators for the 2010 Games. He also interviewed Justin Bergh from HQ, as well as Jake Platt, owner of Northwest CrossFit, which is home to the defending Affiliate Cup champions. Marty and Justin also talked about several athletes who have a good shot at making it onto the podium, and Marty described what makes the CrossFit community so great.

Dangling a few hints, he gave out a detail or two about what type of equipment he has seen volunteers set up at the Home Depot Center. Bergh also gave his thoughts on the way the Games and the athletes have evolved, as well as some of the things that make the event so extraordinary.

He talked about the training the members of his team have gone through to prepare for this year’s competition. He explained that this year’s team is completely different from last year’s and evaluated how they stack up against each other. He also gave his thoughts on preparing a team for the unknown and the unknowable.
